UK Complaint Resolution Process

1. You may report complaints in reference to QuickQuid loan products, policies or services via email at support@quickquid.co.uk or via phone at 0808.234.4558.
2. QuickQuid will assign an issue number to your complaint, review the report and respond via email within 48 hours.
3. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may appeal the decision via email at support@quickquid.co.uk. We ask you to please state your objections to the previous decision and include any new evidence to be considered. A QuickQuid manager will review your objections and respond via email within 48 hours.
4. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may request a review by the Financial Ombudsman Service. Click here for contact information.
